Terms & Conditions
1.1 All custom bikini orders require a deposit at the time of booking.
1.2 If ordered are cancelled within six (6) months of placement, provided the bikini has not yet been started, in such cases, a 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
1.3 Deposits are non-transferable to other bikini products or services, however you can transfer your order placement to a friend on your cancellation to hold the order schedule. Any agreed costs on the final bikini are not transferrable.
If there have been price changes during the transferral period, this new cost will forwarded to the new individual.
1.4 If an order is cancelled, it may be transferred to the following year for a maximum of six (6) months after cancellation. Beyond this period, the order will be void, and no refund or transfer will be available.
2.1 Orders over £110 will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For service or by courier with tracking references provided.
2.2 Orders under £110 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class.
2.3 Once an item is posted, the responsibility for lost or delayed items with proof of postage lies with the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier or postal service to resolve any delivery issues.
3.1 A holding deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to secure your bikini. The outstanding 50% plus £100 will be required to complete the rental payment and must be complete no later than 2 weeks before your show date.
3.2 The additional £100 down payment will be returned to you the same day the bikini is received.
3.3 On rentals per bikini, we will post to your confirmed address for next day delivery and will be paid for by us along with your return postage and packing as long as this is confirmed before 1pm to guarantee a next service.
3.4 Receiving your rental bikini: You will have 7 days of rental of the bikini and are required to return the bikini unwashed the day after your competition. If you are competing abroad, this needs to be stated in the 1st instance once the rental is booked to accommodate your travel schedule and not incur additional charges.
3.5 Charges: A charge of £20 per day will be incurred on each day the return of the bikini is delayed by deducting this from your initial £100 down payment that is due to be returned to you. For example, if your competition is on a weekend, you will be expected to post the bikini on the Monday the next day. If a bank holiday is the next day, you will not be charged for a delay as there is no post, however you will be expected to post back on the Tuesday. Evidence of your postage will be required with a reference number.
3.6 If there is a postal strike, it will be your responsibility to find an alternative working courier and your cost.
3.7 Damage: If damage to the bikini has occurred this will be assessed on each individual basis and charges will be in accordance to the assessment but will not exceed £100. If damage has occurred because of a 3rd party, you will be still be liable for any charges incurred.
3.8 Lost: If for any reason, you lose your rental bikini, misplace beyond 5 days past when the bikini is due to be returned, you forfeit the £100 down payment with no refund. If you have found the bikini after this period, it will still need to be returned.
3.9 Bikini’s cannot be lent out or sub-rented during your rental period.

All mailed orders require a signature upon delivery.
Orders can be shipped to both home and work addresses.
Customers must ensure they provide accurate shipping details at the time of ordering.
5.1 Each bikini is handmade, meaning every garment is unique. Slight variations may occur.
5.2 Due to the delicate nature of the garment, some rhinestones may be lost over time. If renting a bikini, we do not consider loss of stones as damage to the garment.
5.3 Bikinis must never be machine washed. Hand wash only in warm soapy water and allow to air dry flat. Remove all padding. Never leave to soak!
5.4 Colour accuracy may vary due to screen resolution and display settings.
5.5 Prices may change without prior warning however prices are locked in once a deposit is received.
6.1 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
